Suzanne Roff, PhD

As a consulting psychologist, Dr. Suzanne Roff ’s New York City-based practice provides executive coaching and consulting to individuals and organizations. Dr. Roff received a PhD in Psychology from New York University in 1995; and a MPS degree in Administration from Milano the New School for Management and Urban Policy in 1983.

Dr. Roff is Chair of the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Awards of the New York State Psychological Association and a Business of Practice Network representative to the American Psychological Association.   She is  Regional Director of David Gurteen’s Knowledge Cafe, a learning community of knowledge workers.

She is an Adjunct Assistant Professor (concentration in Organizational Behavior and Communication) at New York University and a graduate of the Professional Coaching Program of I-Coach New York. Dr. Roff is also  a Practitioner within the Cognitive Edge network, formerly David Snowden’s Cynefin Centre for Organizational Complexity.  She is Co-Founder of a blog featuring trends and workable models for the 21st Century Organization.
